AUSTIN, Texas--()--Selected from a pool of more than 350 highly qualified nominees, World Class Capital Group’s Chief Operating Officer, (COO), Sheena Paul, has been named a 2015 Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum Magazine.

At the age of 30, Paul is the COO of the private investment firm with approximately $1 billion in assets and more than 8 million square feet owned in 16 states. In addition to overseeing the firm’s internal operations, investment committee process, and investor relations, Ms. Paul is actively involved in the execution of the firm’s value-added investment strategy across all assets. Ms. Paul strives to bring a fresh perspective to real estate, constantly challenging her team to think outside of the box and ahead of trends and follow the principle on which the firm was founded: Identify Opportunity.
