NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Robin Ferracone and Dayna Harris – chief executive officer and vice president, respectively, of Farient Advisors, a leading independent executive compensation and performance consulting firm – have been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) Directorship 100.
The Directorship 100 identifies the most influential people in the boardroom and corporate governance community, and honors influencers who play a significant role shaping agendas in boardrooms across the U.S.
Ferracone and Harris have been named to this prestigious list for their contributions to the fields of executive compensation, business and talent strategies, value management and performance measurement.
“Supporting intelligent boardroom decisions is fundamental to protecting stakeholder interests, restoring investor confidence and promoting economic growth,” said Ferracone. “These are core tenets of our work and we’re honored to be recognized by NACD for our commitment to elevating boardroom leadership.”
Demonstrating their commitment to providing seamless international services to clients, Farient Advisors became a founding member of the Global Governance Executive Compensation Network (GECN) in 2015. GECN serves the governance and compensation needs of clients across industries and sectors through a strategic alliance of leading advisory firms from around the world.
Ms. Ferracone currently serves as the Vice-Chairman for the Board of Trustees of Duke University, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Trupanion, a public company, the Board of Trustees of Oaktree Capital Funds, and the Board of Directors of Enlight, a company that delivers strategically relevant, independent information to boards though an easy-to-use software application. She is the author of “Fair Pay, Fair Play” (Jossey-Bass, 2010), and the Executive Pay Watch blog on Forbes.com.
Ms. Harris is a member of NACD, WorldatWork, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and the Council of Institutional Investors (CII), where she will be teaching compensation fundamentals at the annual CII Fall Meeting in Boston on September 30, 2015.
