Since September 2014, the company has purchased a total of 86 properties in 28 states across the U.S.
Founded in 2011, Purple Rooster Holdings is a private equity fund that purchases distressed residential properties nationwide. The company focuses on selling properties to homebuyers by turning vacant, distressed properties into jobs, opportunities, tax income, and homes.
