Their innovative vaccine technology is improving the health and increasing production yield of food animals. Prevtec Microbia is an example of how Canadian biotech is addressing the global challenge of providing safe and healthy food for a growing population,” commented Andrew Casey, President and CEO BIOTECanada.
“We are very proud to receive this award and on behalf of our employees and strategic partners, we thank the Advisory Panel for the Award and BIOTECanada for this recognition of our success. We look forward to a landmark year for Prevtec Microbia as our first product to market, Coliprotec®F4, was launched in Europe a few weeks ago and we anticipate a U.S. market authorization in 2016,” said Michel Fortin, President and CEO of Prevtec Microbia.
"On behalf of all BIOQuébec’s members, I am extremely pleased to congratulate Michel Fortin, Prevtec Microbia’s CEO, on this national recognition.
