PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MegaPath, a leading provider of voice, data, security and cloud services in North America, today announced it has hired Arnaud Gautier as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, and Brenda Viloria as Vice President of Customer Care. Reporting to MegaPath’s President, Kurt Hoffman, Gautier and Viloria will leverage their knowledge of the telecommunications space to drive the company’s marketing, product development and customer support efforts.

Gautier is a telecommunications industry veteran with more than 20 years of marketing and product management experience. As Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, he will lead the go-to-market strategy and product development efforts for MegaPath’s voice, connectivity, managed services and cloud offerings. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Fusion, where he led the company’s marketing and product development activities, and oversaw the company’s sales enablement capabilities across all sales channels. Additionally, Gautier was previously Executive Vice President of Product and Customer Experience, and then Chief Marketing Officer at Broadvox, as well as Senior Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for MegaPath following its 2010 merger with Speakeasy and Covad Communications.
Viloria is a telecommunications industry veteran with more than 20 years of customer support and operations management experience. Viloria comes to MegaPath from Wave Broadband where she served as Executive Vice President of Customer Support. As MegaPath’s Vice President of Customer Care, Viloria will drive the company’s vision of an enhanced customer experience. She brings a wealth of knowledge within the telecommunications industry to her role with MegaPath, having served in sales and operations leadership positions at Wave Broadband, Comcast, Dex Media and Verizon.
