Narrative Hires Nathan Phillips as Chief Creative Officer

Author, Interactive Filmmaker and Award-Winning Creative Director to Guide Agency’s Creative Strategy

NEW YORK--()--Narrative, a New York-based strategy, creative and technology agency, announced the appointment of Nathan Phillips as Chief Creative Officer, a new role designed to strengthen the agency’s robust interactive and experiential brand activations across platforms.

Phillips’ eclectic resume includes work as a creative director, filmmaker, comedian and best-selling author; he also collaborated on interactive storytelling projects at museums such as The Whitney, Museum of Modern Art and Museum of Contemporary Art. At Narrative, Phillips will help elevate brand experiences that have earned the agency clients like Under Armour, Universal Pictures, Samsung and Coty.

Phillips began his career as a comedian, which led to a broad array of writing and creative directing projects. Most recently, at Noise, he created interactive and experiential work for brands like Intel and Unilever, as well as the interactive documentary {The And}, which was screened at both the Tribeca and Sundance film festivals and won the World Press Photo Prize. At SS+K, Phillips worked on successful digital and TV campaigns including Obama 2012, the AFL and Kraft.

Reporting to CEO Clarke-Stone, Phillips will oversee a team of designers, writers and producers.
