Neil Capel To Win City & State Reports’ Vanguard Award

Sailthru founder and chairman to receive corporate social responsibility award for innovating a 21st century workplace

NEW YORK--()--Sailthru, the leader in driving customer lifetime value through personalization, today announced that Neil Capel, Founder and Chairman, will be awarded with City & State Reports’ Corporate Social Responsibility Vanguard Award for Innovating a 21st Century Workplace at Sailthru.

“Corporate social responsibility is one of the most important business trends today,” said Tom Allon, CEO, City & State Reports. “The goal of our event series was to promote CSR by encouraging businesses to do well by doing good. Our unique program was created to honor outstanding business professionals from the New York region, who have successfully promoted one or more of our ten core principles of CSR. We found that Neil Capel exhibits three key traits: maintaining a high-standard of ethics, protecting privacy and treating customers respectfully, making him deserving of our award.”

Tom Allon and Richard Schwartz, the co-founders of City & State Reports, created the Corporate Social Responsibility Awards earlier this year to honor outstanding business professionals from the New York area who successfully promoted and embraced the ten core principles of corporate social responsibility, as outlined by the organization.

“We built Sailthru on the guiding principle that every user or customer is unique. With that, their unique data is of paramount concern to our organization - we respect it and protect its privacy fiercely,” said Capel. “This award highlights our unwavering commitment to the value of personalization when coupled with a respect for privacy and thoughtfulness. We, as an organization, have worked tirelessly to protect our clients and their customers and I’m honored to accept this award on behalf of our organization.”

Mr. Capel will be honored at a breakfast, to be held July 29th at Hunter College. If you are interested in attending, you can RSVP here.
