LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Getronics has today announced its number one ranking for end user services in the Whitelane Research UK Outsourcing Survey 2015, coming third overall and beating the likes of Atos, HP and Accenture.
The study, produced in conjunction with PA Consulting, questioned 260 participants from the top IT spending organisations in the UK, evaluating over 800 of the largest IT outsourcing contracts with a combined annual contract value of £15 billion. The study is considered to be one of the most representative and reliable reports on the outsourcing market.
In total, 26 IT Service Providers were included, with each participant required to have at least eight client evaluations to qualify for inclusion.
Mark Cook, Group CEO of Getronics comments, “The results are representative of the additional focus and attention we have invested in our customers over the last year to ensure our end user services are the best in the market. Our first place ranking in this category is testament to the efforts of the Getronics team and we are thrilled to receive recognition as we continue to look ahead and strive for further improvement across the business.”
Areas in which Getronics scored particularly well include Service Delivery, Reporting Quality, Escalation Effectiveness, Contractual Flexibility, Change Management and Account Management – the latter of which Getronics improved on by 10% since last year.
Mark Cook continues, “Our third place overall ranking comes as a result of our ability to provide large scale technology solutions to our clients accompanied with a personal touch that provides clients with the advice and attention they deserve. Going forward, we will look at ways to refine our services in the hope of ranking even higher next year.”
