As vice president of client success at Bazaarvoice, Dianne drove customer retention, account growth, customer segmentation, and profitable services delivery at scale at the world’s largest social commerce network. As senior vice president of market-research consultancy Millward Brown, she managed and grew relationships with strategic accounts including Wal-Mart, Pizza Hut, Cadbury, Dell, Zales, and Microsoft.
“Dianne’s proven ability to deliver true customer success will be more and more important as Disco deepens its relationships with our earliest customers and continues to sign firm-wide and enterprise-wide long-term subscriptions,” said CEO Kiwi Camara. “I am delighted to work with Dianne as we build a world-class SaaS customer-success organization at Disco.”
“I am looking forward to engaging with Disco clients through user forums, customer advisory groups and special training activities,” Borges said, “so that we can share best practices and deliver maximum value to the lawyers and litigation-support professionals who rely on our solutions.”
