Thomas will lead the professional services group which provides Healthx customers with personalized implementations and consulting solutions. Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in the application software industry developing and managing customer success processes and teams for both midmarket and enterprise companies.

Prior to Healthx, Thomas was a senior executive at startup software companies IP Software, hc1.com and SolvOnce and at Private Equity-backed Consona Corporation. During his nine years at Consona, he served as General Manager of the CRM Division and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Thomas responsibilities as GM of Consona CRM ($50M business unit) included product management, product development, marketing, sales, professional services and customer support.

Thomas has over 25 years of experience in the application software industry in business unit management, sales, marketing, and professional services including senior executive roles at corporate, private equity-backed, and startup software companies. He has extensive experience with developing and managing customer success processes and teams for both midmarket and enterprise companies.
Prior to Healthx, Thomas was a senior executive at startup software companies IP Software, hc1.com and SolvOnce and at PE-backed Consona Corporation. During his nine years at Consona, he served as General Manager of the CRM Division and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Thomas’s responsibilities as GM of Consona CRM included product management, product development, marketing, sales, professional services and customer support. Consona CRM was a $50M business unit with a team of 225 people.
Thomas began his career at Texas Instruments (TI) in systems development as a programmer and project manager. He subsequently helped to build the TI Software division from a startup to $280 million in revenue while in sales, sales management, and business unit director roles. After Sterling Software acquired TI Software, he moved to Sterling’s Information Management Division as Vice President North America Sales and Services with a team of 225 people.
Thomas earned a Bachelor’s degree in computing science from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
