This award recognized Mr. Goss’s expertise as he orchestrated PSS’ aggressive acquisition strategy that resulted in the acquisition of three companies last year, nearly doubling employees and substantially expanding the existing client and core capabilities base.
In addition to his more than 25 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business Development, including 20 years of both buying and selling companies ranging in size from $5M to over $1B, Mr. Goss has authored several articles relating to the stock market, back office automation, budgeting, and various NYSE and NASDAQ trading companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant; and holds an MBA in Accounting and a BS in Philosophy and minor in Business Administration from American University.
