Those top 100 companies have the strongest AGRs—Aggressive Accounting and Governance Risk—the composite scores by which organizations were judged. Factors considered included high risk behaviors, such as regulatory actions, amended filings, revenue and expense recognition methods, and bankruptcy risk.
