MEXICO CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A.M. Best is pleased to announce the arrival of Midori Guadalupe Honda De León as the new head of market development for A.M. Best América Latina in Mexico City. Midori will be responsible for all market development activities throughout Latin America and is working directly with Manuel Calderón de las Heras, Managing Director of A.M. Best América Latina.
Midori is a resident of Mexico City and comes to A.M. Best with 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her expertise includes business sales development, broker relations and risk management. Prior to working at A.M. Best, Midori worked for several insurance companies, including MetLife and Grupo Nacional Provincial.
Midori holds a diploma in risk management from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
