Arrow Electronics Completes Acquisition of ATM Electronic Corp.

CENTENNIAL, Colo.--()--Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) announced today the successful completion of the acquisition of ATM Electronic Corp., a leading electronic component distributor headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan with substantial operations in China.
