AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Abila, a leading provider of software and services for nonprofits, associations, and governmental entities, today announced Jeff Cross has been named chief financial officer. Cross brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience, with a highly successful track record in the technology industry.
Cross will head up the finance, accounting, and legal departments, and will be primarily responsible for revenue recognition, forecasting, and merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to joining Abila, Cross served in a successful consulting role with DigitalGlobe where he created management reporting, forecasting and structure for a new organization within a multimillion dollar publicly-traded company. Cross also served as senior vice president for the Americas Operations at TravelClick during its sale to a private equity firm for $930 million. Before TravelClick, Cross was at Hoover’s, a Dun & Bradstreet company, where he started as Controller and worked his way through the ranks to include serving as chief financial officer of D&B’s Small Business Group, as well as chief operating officer of Hoover’s.
