The Spring Noodle Salad is a medley of fresh spring mix and Saladworks signature lettuce blend, sesame noodles, fresh jumbo shrimp, carrots, edamame and snap peas then crowned with fresh roasted peanuts. The salad is complemented with our Mandarin Sesame Ginger dressing. The Spring Noodle salad can also be made with our all natural chicken as a substitute for shrimp.
