CENTENNIAL, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--National CineMedia (NCM), the largest cinema advertising network in the U.S., announces the promotions of three top executives on NCM’s regional sales team. NCM’s regional team works with regional and local businesses to help them reach moviegoers in NCM’s FirstLook pre-show seen in AMC, Cinemark, Regal Entertainment Group and over 40 other leading regional theater circuit affiliates nationwide.
Senior Vice President Tom Reilly has been promoted to the newly created role of Executive Vice President of Regional Sales. Reilly, a 13-year veteran of NCM, will continue to lead the day-to-day management of NCM’s local and regional sales teams, comprised of nearly 200 sales professionals across the country. He will continue to be based in the New York office and report to Bennett Fogel, NCM’s Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Before joining the company as one of the first employees of NCM’s predecessor company, Regal CineMedia, Reilly served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Next Generation Network (NGN), a retail network available at convenience stores and quick service restaurants that was purchased by Regal Entertainment Group in 2001. Before joining NGN, Reilly held various senior sales management positions with several online and newspaper companies.
In addition, two long-time NCM executives have been promoted from Vice President of Regional Sales to Senior Vice Presidents, each responsible for the management of half of NCM’s local sales territories. Stacie Tursi has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Eastern Region, and Brad Filbey has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Western Region. Tursi, based out of Atlanta, will also lead the local and regional sales team in training, on-boarding new personnel and developing sales strategy. Filbey, based out of NCM’s Chicago office, will oversee all business analysis and manage systems support for the entire local and regional sales team. In their newly created roles, they will continue to report to Reilly.
Tursi and Filbey both joined NCM in 2005 when AMC's National Cinema Network (NCN) merged with Regal CineMedia, and Cinemark also signed on as a founding member circuit, to form NCM. Prior to that, Tursi worked in sales and sales management for Procter & Gamble, Canon Computer Systems, and Canon USA. In his prior career, Filbey worked for 20 years in the motorsports industry in operations and marketing.
“Tom, Stacie and Brad have all been instrumental in the development of our local and regional cinema advertising sales business for over a decade, growing it into a $100 million business from a few million dollars of sales,” said Bennett Fogel, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer with NCM. “With that growth there is a need to expand our infrastructure and team to take advantage of emerging opportunities, and I know that these key NCM leaders will continue their tremendous efforts and dedication in these new roles.”
