COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lee & Associates, the nation’s largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm, continues to make office expansion one of its top priorities as the firm announces the opening of its second office in Ohio.
Lee & Associates - Columbus, comes from a merger with one of the region’s top commercial real estate firms, Ruscilli Real Estate Services. The office will be headed by Founders and Principals Tim Kelton, Mike Spencer, Dax Hudson and Todd Spencer. The Principals have a combined 85 years of commercial real estate experience in Central Ohio and in the last ten years have leased or sold over 22 million square feet of space and developed or sold over 750 acres of office, industrial and retail land.

In July, Lee & Associates opened its first office in Ohio, Lee & Associates Cleveland, which was followed by new offices in Denver and Houston.
Kelton, the former president of Ruscilli Real Estate Services, has 32 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, investment sales, infrastructure, finance and tax strategies.
Mike Spencer, SIOR, with 21 years of experience, has been involved in transactions totaling over $500 million, focusing primarily on industrial properties, logistics, and development sites.
Hudson, who has completed brokerage transactions of more than $265 million, has more than 21 years of finance, real estate and development experience.
Todd Spencer has 11 years of experience in marketing, commercial real estate brokerage and development.
