ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NDN, the leading Digital Media Exchange platform for online news publishers, today announced the appointment of Michael Gay as VP, Local Broadcast. In this role, Michael will have overall management of NDN’s relationships with local broadcasting partners and will develop and lead a multi-year strategy for NDN’s local television business.

Mr. Gay comes to NDN from Journal Broadcast Group where he served as VP of Interactive Media. During his tenure at Journal Broadcast Group, he managed the P&L for all interactive efforts for Journal Broadcast Group’s 13 media markets. In addition, he managed the day-to-day editorial and staff teams for Milwaukee TV/Radio, Las Vegas TV, and Nashville TV.
Prior to Journal Broadcast Group, Mr. Gay served as the Corporate Executive Producer, Digital Media, for Hearst Television in which he developed and executed the national content and distribution strategy for the group’s 29 websites. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gay held positions at WBBM-TV, a CBS TV Stations Group, KRON-TV and WLNS-TV, Young Broadcasting stations, and WILX-TV, a Benedek Broadcasting station. Mr. Gay graduated with a Telecommunications degree from Michigan State University and received a Masters of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. Mr. Gay will be based at the company’s headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
