MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With snacking the new norm for American consumers, Jim Breen, founder and CEO of Live Better Brands and its successful Way Better Snacks brand, has been selected to share his insights on the healthy snacking movement at the 9th Annual American Food Technology & Innovation Summit.
Held in Chicago April 14-15, the annual event brings together more than 200 leaders in food technology, innovation, R&D, branding and marketing to address strategic and operational needs and examine the latest advancements affecting the industry.
Breen, who founded the sprouted snacks brand in 2011, will speak at a plenary session to all event attendees on Wednesday, April 15 at 2:20 p.m. CT. His presentation, titled “The Makings of a Way Better Snack: The Key to Enhanced Nutrition,” will focus on the increased importance of nutrition for today’s CPG brands, particularly in the snacking category. Breen will also share his expertise on the technology and benefits of sprouting.
