SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W2O Group announced today that Dorinda Marticorena has joined the firm as managing director and leader of its new Entertainment Practice. She also will be responsible for building a new multicultural marketing offering and lead expansion of the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Marticorena is a global entertainment marketing executive who has managed product roll-outs and marketing organizations from affiliated offices in Europe, Latin America, Canada and the Asia-Pacific region, most recently for Warner Brothers as senior vice president, worldwide marketing and new technology, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
She has worked on some of the most successful brand and entertainment franchises in the world not only while at Warner Brothers, but also at Nestle and General Mills, including Nestle Crunch, Butterfinger, Betty Crocker, Harry Potter, Batman, Scooby Doo, The Hobbit and Lord of The Rings. Entertainment, as she defines it, is “anything that’s not work.”
