He also is responsible for change management operations and the national field technicians supporting national network expansion and maintenance activities.

Closing Keynote: Thursday, September 3, 2015

Brian Harvey: Brian is Regional President of North American Operations for Level 3 Communications. He is responsible for North American service delivery, access management, field operations, service assurance, media and managed services.

Fred Lawler: Fred is Senior Vice President, Global Field Services (GFS), and is responsible for day-to-day operations of Level 3’s network assets in North America and Asia Pacific.
