ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions (“AMPS”), a healthcare cost management company serving the self-funded (ERISA) payer community, today announced the appointments of Brad Greer and Victor Manes as vice president of business development. Both Mr. Greer and Mr. Manes bring to AMPS over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector and will manage the firm’s new Houston office. In their new roles with the Company, Mr. Greer and Mr. Manes will focus on interfacing with large and mid-sized corporate clients to increase awareness of the benefits of reference-based pricing and other solutions to control hospital costs, reduce billing errors and enhance customer service capabilities in Texas and the southwestern United States.

Mr. Greer, 46, has more than 20 years experience and held a variety of senior positions in law, litigation, business, and government relations. He received a B.A. in government at The University of Texas at Austin, and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
Mr. Manes, 46, has over 20 years of business and management experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining AMPS, he served as vice president of development for HealthHelp, one of the nation’s largest specialty benefits management organizations. Mr. Manes also spent 15 years as the director of international operations for Texas Children’s Hospital, which is the fourth largest pediatric hospital in the U.S. He received a B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
