In addition, the study measured an 8.1 of 10 satisfaction rating and more than 80 percent of participants indicated they would refer Bidgely to a friend.
PG&E enrolled approximately 850 of its customers to use Bidgely’s HomeBeat service from August through December 2014 as part of a pilot project evaluating impacts of real-time electricity usage and cost information directly from a SmartMeterTM. Participants were recruited from SmartRate and time of use (TOU) subscribers.
