ZUDY Software Names William D. Green to Board of Directors

Former Chairman and CEO of Accenture to help guide Zudy through next phase of growth.

MIAMI BEACH, Fla.--()--Zudy today announced the appointment of William D. Green to the Zudy Board, effective immediately. Mr. Green is the former Chairman and CEO of Accenture plc.

Green was instrumental in helping Accenture grow to be one of the most successful management consulting and technology service firms in the world. Green joined Accenture in 1977 and held a wide range of leadership positions until being appointed CEO in 2001 and in 2006 he assumed the role of Chairman until 2013.

Mr. Green attended Dean College and is a member of its Board of Trustees. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, as well as an Honorary Doctor of Laws.
