Passingham joins The TAS Group from Level 3 Communications where, as Senior Vice President of Level3's Enterprise and Government business in EMEA, he ran a $560 million business with 225 staff including sales, support, customer service management and systems engineering across Europe. Prior to Level 3, he was EVP and GM at BT Conferencing, and held a series of senior positions at BT Global Services.
