ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reveille Software today announced it has joined the InfoArchive Consortium, an alliance of industry leading organizations committed to scaling and fostering the adoption of next generation unified archiving based on the EMC® InfoArchive™ platform.
“The InfoArchive Consortium provides expert services and products for InfoArchive’s application consolidation and active archiving solutions,” said David Gibson, COO of Reveille Software. “InfoArchive customers require optimal platform performance and guaranteed end user performance for active archives. Reveille’s application management solution for InfoArchive ensures these business-critical service levels.”
The InfoArchive Consortium is comprised of EMC partners that have met specific requirements to support the initiative and the EMC InfoArchive product. Reveille’s newest product, Reveille Insight for InfoArchive, was released in November 2014 and is an EMC Certified Solution.
“With InfoArchive, organizations can take a forward-thinking approach to their archive needs by relieving IT pressures through decommissioning unneeded applications and thereby freeing up budget and time for more high-value projects,” said Rohit Ghai, president, EMC Enterprise Content Division. “Reveille’s expertise in providing deep application visibility is extremely valuable to the Consortium in defining approaches to identify legacy applications and ensuring a seamless transfer of information and ongoing ingestion of content.”
Reveille Insight for InfoArchive delivers insight into record ingestion performance of InfoArchive based solutions, volume usage and which users are accessing active archive records. This prevents user performance issues and also provides IT with objective usage data for line of business chargebacks.
