BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crimson Hexagon, the social media analytics software company, today announced that Analyst and Media Relations Manager Becca Lewis will speak on a panel at SXSW on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 5 p.m. CT at the Hyatt Regency Austin. Lewis will be joined by former White House Press Secretary for President Obama and Co-founder of The Incite Agency Robert Gibbs, Incite Agency Co-founder Ben LaBolt and Liz Jarvis-Shean in a session titled Managing a Shit Storm and Restoring Your Brand.
Lewis will discuss how corporate brands and organizations can use social listening, media monitoring and polling to measure the scope of a crisis across social platforms. Lewis and the other panelists will bring their social data, analytics, and public relations expertise, along with recent examples to guide the audience through cases of recent crises and demonstrate how social media insights can help a brand take immediate actions to repair its reputation.
