Franklin Energy Launches Online Customer Portal, Efficiency Navigator

PORT WASHINGTON, Wis.--()--Franklin Energy Services, LLC, a leading national energy efficiency program implementation firm, announced the official launch of its proprietary online customer portal, Efficiency Navigator.

Efficiency Navigator streamlines the program process for both customers and contractors. Customers can browse rebates, submit applications, research contractors and check project status, similar to an online shopping experience. Contractors can set up personalized, secure accounts, featuring their own project dashboard and customized company profile, and receive the latest program information and rebates.
