PORTSMOUTH, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Loyalty Builders, Inc., has announced the appointment of Peter Moloney as CEO of the company, beginning February 2, 2015. Founder and former CEO, Mark Klein, will remain chairman and chief technical officer.

Before joining Loyalty Builders, Moloney was managing director at Strategic Angels, an advisory service to enterprise software vendors and investors. He was vice president of corporate development at Progress Software where he led the company through a dozen acquisitions in the U.S. and abroad. He has held senior product management and marketing positions at Progress and Scitex America (now part of Kodak) and was CEO of Ideabank, a marketing services provider with clients including Sony and several mid-size technology vendors. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College.
