NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dune Real Estate Partners LP (“Dune”), a leading New York-based real estate investment firm, today announced that Eric Calder has been promoted to Managing Director and named to the firm’s Investment Committee.
Since joining Dune in 2010, Mr. Calder has been a member of the team responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and executing value realization strategies. As a Managing Director, Mr. Calder will take on an expanded role with respect to the firm’s investment origination activities.

Prior to joining Dune Real Estate Partners, Mr. Calder was a member of Goldman Sachs' Real Estate Investment Banking Group from 2008 to 2010 where he focused on underwriting and originating commercial real estate loans. Mr. Calder received an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 2008 and a B.S. from Cornell University in 2000.
