HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--We are pleased to announce that Evan Sanchez has joined Endeavor Management to direct our sales excellence efforts. In his new role, Sanchez brings extensive leadership and key techniques in helping create more effective teams for revenue growth. He will also lead Endeavor Management’s outreach efforts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Most recently, Sanchez led sales and marketing efforts for a leading consultancy, Kepner-Tregoe, where he was responsible for developing the global sales strategy and implementation through direct coaching and development of the relationship managers. In 2013 Kepner-Tregoe grew revenue by 20% under his direction and following his Sales Culture Engineering program. In addition, he has developed and grown a very successful executive coaching business.
