LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NordicTrack, the leading fitness brand, created the World's Largest Treadmill Dance, synchronizing and controlling the movements of 45 treadmills with iFit technology.
The video was released this week as part of iFit's healthy "Internet of Things" exhibit at #CES2015, booth #74321 at the Sands Expo Center.
The NordicTrack Treadmill Dance video is already one of YouTube’s most popular and exciting videos with more than 850,000 views. It was filmed in December at the company’s headquarters in Logan, Utah.
“This entire process has been a really fun and exciting thing to be a part of,” said Jeremy Nef, director of social media at NordicTrack. “We’re excited to release this during CES in Las Vegas and display our company as one of the leaders in cutting-edge technology.”
Dancers are joined by YouTube celebrities Ellie and Jared, Logan Butler, Casey Lavere, Sexy Sax Man, Samika, The Lavigne Life and Viner Jordan Burt and more to perform a choreographed routine on NordicTrack’s x11i Incline Trainer. Dancers performed at speeds up to 6 mph and inclines up to 40 percent, all controlled by iFit technology, to show that fitness can be both fun and entertaining.
“NordicTrack believes that making your health a priority can make you a happier person,” said Nef. “That’s what we want to portray in this record-breaking video.”
