The new Digital License is anchored by a newly minted software platform called THRIVE, which is based on the proprietary platform acquired by the Company when it acquired the web services division of TechXpress, Inc. in September 2014.

Existing Masterminds licensees will be given first right to buy the second license, then it will be offered to the public. This is expected to be a meaningful increase in revenue not only to SpendSmart, but to each licensee who purchases the license and takes these services to market.
