WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Easterly Government Properties, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-11 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for its proposed initial public offering of shares of common stock. The number of shares of common stock to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Easterly Government Properties has applied to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “DEA.”
