NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:NLY) declared the fourth quarter 2014 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend is payable January 29, 2015, to common shareholders of record on December 31, 2014. The ex-dividend date is December 29, 2014.
