NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE:RHP) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.55 per share of common stock payable on January 15, 2015 to stockholders of record on December 30, 2014.
As a result of the declaration of the dividend, effective immediately after the close of business on December 26, 2014, pursuant to customary anti-dilution adjustments, the exercise price of the common stock warrants related to the Company’s 3.75 percent convertible notes due 2014 will be adjusted to preserve the economic benefit to the warrant holders.
