Cowan manages Eid Passport’s legal affairs and has been with the company since 2003. Her practice includes information privacy and cybersecurity law, including legal oversight of the company’s privacy, data protection and cybersecurity practices, and working with the company’s federal agency customers’ privacy impact assessments and other data privacy matters. Cowan is a member of the American Bar Association’s Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection Committee and the Cyberspace Law Committee, as well as the IAPP.
