Community Bank System, Inc. Announces Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

SYRACUSE, N.Y.--()--Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE:CBU) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on its’ common stock. The dividend will be payable on January 9, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2014. The $0.30 cash dividend represents an annualized yield of 3.2% based on the closing share price of $37.54 on November 24, 2014.
