SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cloudwear today launched the #iwuntaTalktoSanta campaign, a philanthropic effort that encourages children to write to Santa through social media with their toy requests. The campaign starts today on the Twitter account of Cloudwear’s flagship product, iwunta (@iwunta).
CEO and founder Evan Tann said: “iwunta is a social messaging platform that strengthens relationships through wearable and mobile technology. We’re excited to get into the holiday season and help children connect with Santa in new ways.”
Children who want to write to Santa should tag the @iwunta account on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. For example, “Dear Santa, @iwunta bike for #Christmas” or “This year, @iwunta Barbie doll #presents from Santa.” The iwunta social media channels will be temporarily rebranded with a Digital Santa and will respond to all toy requests from children.
Cloudwear will also randomly select ten children and grant their holiday gift request from Santa.
Participation in the contest is limited to residents of the continental United States.
