Brower Piven also encourages anyone with information regarding the Company’s conduct during the period in question to contact the firm, including whistleblowers, former employees, shareholders and others.

According to the complaint, following the Company’s November 5, 2014 announcement of the existence and continuation of the July business interruption event at its OsoBio facility, the value of Albany Molecular shares declined significantly.
