SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DeCarolis Design & Marketing has a new name—Decca Design. Two recent developments are driving this change. First, the agency’s leadership transition is now complete. Longtime co-owner, Creative Director, and President, Sheila Hatch, has purchased the business from founder and former co-owner Vince DeCarolis. Second is Decca Design’s desire to shine a spotlight on the strategic services it provides to clients. The agency developed the new name and brand to more accurately reflect its current status.
Vince DeCarolis founded his small design and marketing agency back in 1991. A few years later, he brought Sheila Hatch on board. Under Sheila’s management, the agency has grown into a full-service marketing agency and strategic partner to clients such as Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Synaptics, Pivot Medical (recently acquired by Stryker), Oracle, and many other successful companies. Last year, Sheila Hatch purchased the remaining part of the agency from Vince.
