CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Credico USA, a leading global network of independent sales offices providing face-to-face sales and marketing programs, today announced its entry into the U.S. retail vertical with a number of Fortune 100 clients.
A leading outsourced sales and marketing partner, Credico has primarily focused on commercial business-to-business and residential door-to-door sales. Credico’s continued strong performance in these channels has positioned the company to expand into the retail space, with a focus on telecommunications, charitable fundraising and financial services.
“Even in today’s digital age, customers want face time with real people,” said Jesse Young, head of Credico USA. “Our entry into the retail vertical helps us reach more of our clients’ customers directly and personally – both through our traditional door-to-door sales and now at locations like shopping malls and stand-alone retailers.”
The retail programs are finalizing the test phase and are set to launch in early 2015. To begin, approximately 80 to 100 sales agents will be dedicated to Credico’s new retail business, with growth expected to reach 40 percent in 2015. Credico currently partners with retail clients to train, manage and maintain a skilled sales force across Canada, Mexico, Italy, Spain and the UK.
