CEO Jon S. Wright, whose experience in commercial real estate and hospitality finance spans more than 25 years, will represent the company in the alliance. Through this alliance, APF is a member of Cornell’s Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) and an industry fellow of the Center for Real Estate and Finance (CREF). Wright will serve as an advisory board member and participate in sponsored roundtables with faculty and expert industry leaders, as well as have the opportunity to be a guest lecturer to classes and external conferences. APF is a sponsor of Cornell’s 2014 Innovation Network on November 9 in New York City, where Wright will participate with other leaders in the hospitality and travel industries to share best practices and new ideas. Prior to this event, Wright will be speaking to a real estate finance class of more than 100 CREF students on the debt market for commercial real estate loans and the micro-lending environment.
