WESTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Monster (NYSE:MWW) today announced the beta launch of their next generation social recruitment advertising solution on Twitter. Monster Social Ads uses Twitter’s Ads API to provide the first fully automated social recruiting job ad solution featuring additional new targeting from Monster’s proprietary social candidate search capabilities. Monster is also now recognized as a Twitter Ads API Marketing Platform Partner.
Monster Social Ads expands the distribution of Twitter Card-based job ads on Twitter to reach specific potential candidates directly on Twitter based on career attributes such as occupation or industry type, something previously not possible for recruiters.
The new ads distribution will be a function of existing recruiting social advertising capabilities on Monster, making it simple for potential employers to find and engage candidates across Twitter regardless of whom those individuals follow.
“Today, recruiting requires the ability to harness the power of social platforms such as Twitter for job ad distribution, in addition to the more traditional sources used to reach the right candidates,” said Joe Budzienski, Vice President, Technology, Monster. “Monster has integrated into Twitter’s Ads API, building atop the Twitter platform to deliver unique marketing tools for recruiters that are powerful, yet simple to use and implement. This is a step in building out Monster Twitter Cards and Social Ads capabilities, adding a frictionless way for our customers to quickly get their jobs in front of the best potential candidates.”
Beginning November 6, Monster Social Ads will be in beta with a number of U.S. companies including Blue Shield of California, Citizens Financial, eBay, Geico, ManpowerGroup, T-Mobile and UPS. Customers can sign up now for full commercial availability in Q1 2015.
