Also known for its freshly baked, gourmet cupcakes, Gigi’s Cupcakes is now offering seasonal pies for a limited time. The Ginger Snap Pumpkin Pie, available now through Thanksgiving, features deliciously smooth pumpkin filling baked in Gigi’s own secret ginger snap crust recipe. The pie is topped with a festive collection of maple leaf cookies, sprinkled with sugar crystals and adorned with a dollop of Gigi’s renowned vanilla bean buttercream frosting.
Gigi’s Cupcakes will also offer its Southern Comfort Pecan Pie now through Christmas. Made with Gigi’s rich, whiskey-flavored filling and baked fresh in a hand-made pie crust, the pie is topped with a thick, crunchy layer of Georgia pecans. Both pies are available in the traditional 9” size as well as individual 3” Mini Pies.
