DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In an effort to continuously evolve to meet the demands of their guests and stay one step ahead of their competition, Dallas-based Boston’s Restaurant & Sports Bar announced today the launch of their new ‘gourmet’ menu. Just in time for the holidays, Boston’s new menu features an impressive 17 new, fresh, homemade and authentic menu items.
Launching November 3, the casual dining brand will begin offering the new menu at all locations nationwide. As part of the launch, the company not only added new food options, but also optional drink pairings to make sure guests enjoy the entire dining experience. The menu enhancements come as part of the brand’s efforts to continue to differentiate their offering in the marketplace while staying true to the brand promise— “we’ve gotcha covered.”

The menu not only features brand new items but many significant enhancements to some guest favorites. The changes include:
- An expanded wing category which includes four additional sauce flavors
- A hand-crafted, grilled to order gourmet burger
- An expanded pizza category to include new gourmet thin crust options
- 3 new gourmet pasta dishes that include lighter, olive oil based options
The menu is lined with new photography which boasts a modern, clean look and feel to enhance menu item descriptions, making it simpler than ever for guests to find and choose items. The launch of this menu allows the brand to really focus on their core messages—hand-made, hand-crafted and fresh, in-house. In order to emphasize the company’s 50 year history, the menu also includes a “history” page that gives guests an opportunity to learn about the evolution of the storied brand.
