WEYBRIDGE, United Kingdom & MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Verint® Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT) today announced that it will host a seminar titled “Employee Engagement: A Frontline Competitive Weapon” with the Directors’ Club in London on October 16. At the seminar, Warren Tait, Customer Service Director at Neopost, a longstanding Verint customer, will speak about its award-winning customer service organisation and the results achieved through its transformation project.
Neopost, a leading worldwide supplier of mailing solutions, operates in 19 countries with annual sales exceeding €1 billion. Tait and team implemented Verint customer engagement optimisation solutions, including workforce management, quality monitoring and speech analytics. In doing so, Neopost furthered its focus on becoming an easier company to do business with, knowing that such an endeavour requires a new approach to understanding its customers' expectations and experiences.
Throughout this transformation initiative, Tait has been at the forefront of a massive cultural change that has led the management team to adapt KPIs and measures of success. During the October 16 seminar, he will present the results of this project and share the effect it has had on both customer and employee engagement.
Also during the event, Rachel Lane, Director of Customer Analytics at Verint, will provide an overview of Verint’s customer engagement optimisation solutions and the impact they can have on employee engagement. “Employee engagement has a proven, direct impact on increasing staff retention and loyalty, reducing turnover costs and driving a more productive, profitable company,” says Lane. “By bringing employee and customer satisfaction data together, organisations can get deeper insight into enterprise performance and the overall customer experience.”

About the Directors’ Club
Directors’ Club (Great Britain & Northern Ireland) was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in West London. The Club’s mission is to bring together a broad-church of professionals with one thing in common – the customer. There are a variety of customer-related organisations for service, contact centres, experience, insight and engagement. However, the customer journey doesn’t break neatly into these silos. There is overlap between each of these professional disciplines. Directors’ Club (GB & NI) was founded to bring these disciplines together, to share experiences and knowledge and promote consistency across the customer journey.
