WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In an effort to supply policymakers and other stakeholders with up-to-date, fact-based information regarding packaging and the environment, AMERIPEN, the American Institute for Packaging and the Environment, has re-designed and re-launched its website. The new site, www.ameripen.org, is cleaner, bolder, more comprehensive, easier to use and easier to navigate.
Donna Dempsey, Executive Director of AMERIPEN, stated, “As we’ve grown, so has the need to provide the type of high-quality information that stakeholders from our various sectors – legislative, packaging, solid waste, retailing, and marketing – require to make sound decisions regarding packaging policy and post-use recovery. Our new site strongly addresses these needs and provides current information very much in line with our charter of being science-based and material-neutral.”
