Talksum Announces Data Stream Router Proof-of-Concept Agreement With Daystrom Technology Group

SAN FRANCISCO--()--Talksum Inc., a leader in high-speed data processing and management solutions, today announced a proof-of-concept agreement with Daystrom Technology Group, a provider of solutions for high performance, enterprise and long-term archival data storage, to test the Talksum Data Stream Router (TDSR) for data management, filtering, alerts, and intelligent routing.

Daystrom systems provide critical functionality, performance, and flexibility that today's mainstream general-purpose storage products cannot deliver. With an emphasis on automation, Daystrom allows its clients to benefit from the many features and benefits of their storage systems with minimal human intervention.

The Talksum proof-of-concept (POC) will integrate with the Daystrom service that intelligently links control interfaces of individual devices into dynamic, orchestrated systems. The Talksum TDSR will reside between the ingest and targeted sources, to help with real-time optimized pipelines in which overlapping workloads run efficiently, reliably, and at the lowest-practical cost.

The TDSR ingests, transforms, filters, data reduces, applies monitors and alerts, aggregates, enriches, analyzes and intelligently routes information in real time from all devices and servers to respective data stores for efficient use. Designed to accelerate real-time decisions, the TDSR improves data acquisition and transformation, and converts any type of structured and semi-structured data into flexibly managed event streams, tailored to most BI and analytics systems.

“Daystrom Technologies provides clients with highly optimized solutions for analytics-intensive client environments,” said John Rees, Daystrom solutions architect. “Since the Talksum TDSR handles massive amounts of disparate data in real time and is highly configurable without the need for specialized coding to deploy highly tailored solutions, it will fit perfectly as part of our integration efforts to streamline big and complex data projects.”

“We are delighted to enter the POC with Daystrom, which enables central, self-managing control over the full range of computing resources, including processing, storage, network, security, and so on,” said Dale Russell, CTO of Talksum. “The Talksum TDSR complements the Daystrom solution with real-time delivery, interoperability and network layer integration with holistic view and control, and inherent security.”
